So I have heard. The spruce wood is said to take a bit longer to age as well. I got most of the calous building done, still working on the pinky strength though.

I typically have been practicing on the acoustic till I can't do clear barre cords anymore and switch to the classical until I can't barre cord on that either. Then I just rest for 10 minutes, and go at it again lol.

I am definitely excited to try the Elixirs as well, but till then, the Martins sound pretty good to me.

Good for you Turbo..glad I was of some help......now off topic...at one time there was a publication of homes for sale in the LA area... it was the size of a readers digest...it was put out I believe by the realtors, but 'm not sure. I had a copy of the old original issue, years ago. Is there a chance that you could hook me up with this...thanks guy if you can...steve

I appreciate the suggestion of the strings. They really make the guitar more enjoyable to play.

On to the off topic, I haven't seen such a book, all though, I would imagine it hasn't gotten any better. Banks like Chase are refusing to help people with their mortgages and even celebrities from the TV show Real OC Housewives are going to into bankruptcy court.

California was and still is one of the most inflated real estates markets, making our recovery much worse housing wise than a lot of the nation.
