Hi guys...thanks for your interest in my buzzing problems. Here is the scoop and L&M"s and Godins don't give a shit attitude. I'm sad and very dissapointed. Took both guitars back to L&M to research the problem more fully and corresponded with Michele at Godins. "I" was the only one who contacted Godin....not L&M. Left guitars with their tech on Mar. 27, and told them we would be back in Regina on medical stuff April 9. They were going to humidify them and try resolve problem. On April 3 I spoke to the tech, and he had not done anything yet or talked to Godin. On April 8th, I spoke to the tech and he said he would get rite at it. I asked him to phone me later that day and give me the scoop, cause tomorrow we will be there. I did not hear anything, so I phoned again. Sorry he was gone.....he only works part time!......well for christ sake...I happen to be a customer purchasing 3 guitars there and about $200.00 worth of strings in the last couple of years....... During the conversation with one of the managers, I was put on hold, and a real nice promo recording came on as to L&M's policy on returns and refunds and customer satisfaction. Well, by this time I was a tad dissapointed in the whole damn thing. When the manager came back on the line, I challenged him to honour his advertising of customer satisfaction. The next day my wife dropped off the guitars and received our money back. THAT! was my experience with a Canadian guitar company and L&M. Now, I can't judge either company on one bad experience, but they really didn't care about me. Oh and their poor tech....he only works part time!.....do I really give a shit.....there is such a thing as a customer, and the customer pays the wages. Well with a due respect, I think that this customer will no longer pay any wages at L&M in Regina. For now I will try and play a dreadnaught until I can try out a few more parlors....thanks for listening...evets
